1. Hotels in Central London in price range between GBP 30m to GBP 100m, freehold, preferably with management to stay post-sale.
2. Group of hotels anywhere in UK or Europe, price not an issue, but preferably flag free. Must be 2-3 hotels or more.
3. Budget hotels or Hostels in any major city of Europe.
4. Hotel in Amsterdam with decent yield, price not an issue as well as in London, UK priced between GBP 50-100m.
5. Hotel anywhere in Europe or UK in price range around or below USD 100m, preferably trophy asset, with more than 100-150 rooms.
6. Hotels anywhere in Asia that are flag free in 4 star category but could be 5 star, price not an issue, preferably 150-200 rooms or more.
